At ICP we believe in partnering with colleges to offer students an opportunity to experience the entrepreneurial culture at ICP. During the summer and academic year programs, interns are provided the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working alongside our outstanding career professionals and senior management. Our interns contribute to the team by working of meaningful projects, designed to expose them to many facets of the luxury beauty industry.

Selected applicants will be placed within an ICP department based on our business needs, as well as the candidate’s interest, experience, and academic achievement. All internship positions are located at ICP’s newly renovated open-concept New York office, located in the heart of Flatiron.

To qualify for a paid Internship, students must either be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate college/university or pursuing a graduate degree.
